CEO and Founder, Director
Mr. Rasmuson has 30 years of professional experience spanning roles in operations, organizational management, and executive leadership. Mr. Rasmuson served as the COO of Synergy Resource Corporation for over 10 years helping grow the company until its successful sale. Mr. Rasmuson founded Syrcuit Energy Solutions in 2021 to help the Rocky Mountain region meet its rapidly growing energy needs.
Matthew Lauer
COO and Co-Founder
Mr. Lauer has 18 years of experience in operations and finance across banking, energy, and software. Mr. Lauer has led and supported multiple capital raises and previously worked for Constellation Energy for 8 years in Commodity Risk Management, Strategic Finance and Portfolio Management in the New York and NE ISO regions . Mr. Lauer co-founded Syrcuit in 2021 alongside Mr. Rasmuson.
Brant DeMuth, CFA
CFO, Director
Mr. DeMuth has over 35 years of experience in finance and corporate development across energy and other industries. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Bonanza Creek Energy. Brant was on the University of Northern Colorado’s Monfort College of Business Dean’s Leadership Council and previously served as board member of Redfield Energy.
Tony Stebleton
CDO and VP of Engineering
Mr. Stebleton joined Syrcuit in 2023 after two decades in oil and gas and private equity investment in the energy space. A petroleum engineer from the Colorado School of Mines, Mr. Stebleton has held numerous positions for conventional operators and was most recently the President and Sr Technical Advisor for various Tailwater Capital investment funds.
Melissa Truitt
Director of Land
Mrs. Truitt has 20 years of oil and gas and solar land and regulatory experience. Her focus has been in Colorado helping landowners and municipalities find mutually beneficial ways to bring energy to the Colorado consumer. Mrs. Truitt previously worked with Redux Energy focusing on solar projects across the US.
Bresee Carlson
General Counsel
Ms. Carlson is a partner at Kuiper Law Firm in Denver with 15 years experience practicing energy and public utilities related law. Passionate about energy and education, Ms. Carlson is an Adjunct Professor of Oil and Gas Law at Western Colorado University and an active contributor to Energy Strong Colorado.

Raymond E. McElhaney
Director
Mr. McElhaney has 39 years of experience in the energy industry, in which he led several publicly traded oil and gas companies. He was formally the lead director of SRC Energy Corp. Prior to the acquisition of SRC, he was also the President & CEO. He has chaired and served on numerous boards and currently advises several companies.
William E. Scaff, Jr.
Director
Mr. Scaff has 42 years of experience in the Energy Industry. He was CO-CEO of Synergy Resources Corp. from 2008-2015. He is currently Co-Manager of Petroleum Management, LLC, a 25 year old petroleum distribution company. He has sat on numerous boards over the years, including University of Colorado -Leeds School of Business, and CO/Wyoming Petroleum Marketers Association.
Scott Ehrlich

Mr. Ehrlich has 35 years of experience in owning and operating auto dealerships. He has served on several boards in the private and non-profit areas.
Jon Kruljac
Director
Mr. Kruljac has 34 years of experience on Wall Street. During that time, he focused on the capital markets and investor relations activities for publicly traded oil & gas companies in the Rocky Mountain region. He currently serves as CEO of a non-profit organization, The Kempe Foundation.
